Eligibility Criteria
- Your business must receive support from a designated organisation
- Five people can apply for the same business, but each owner must have a minimum 10% share
- The applicants and the organisation must control at least 50% of the business voting rights.
- The applicants must score a minimum of CLB level 5 in English or French.
- Enough funds to settle in Canada
- Settlement should be planned in a province other than Quebec
- Should pass Canadian security and medical clearances
